- May 30th, 1990
- Established Jonquil Consulting Inc., a US corporation, under the California Corporation Law, with capital of 10 million yen ($60,000) at 614 West 6th Street, Los Angeles, California, USA. Simultaneously, opened and registered the Tokyo office of Jonquil Consulting Inc., a US corporation, at 503 Jardin Motoazabu, 2-10-10 Motoazabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo. Professor Lester C. Thurow, Dean of MIT Sloan School, became our company's advisor. Also, Professor Louis Paduro, former president of the University of Alabama and current honorary chairman of the University of Philadelphia Research Foundation, became our company's advisor.

- August 6th, 2018
- PT. PERTAMINA (Indonesia's gas mining, oil extraction, production, sales, etc. operating company) and Jonquil Consulting Inc. signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on "Research and development for directly removing CO2 from natural gas."
- August 6th, 2019
- The content of the MOU on "Research and development for directly removing CO2 from natural gas" signed between PT PERTAMINA and our company on August 6, 2018 was changed to "General development of disposing technology for CO2 separated from natural gas," and the MOU period was extended for two years until August 3rd, 2021.
- March 19th, 2021
- We have completed the survey on the "CCUS International Collaboration Project, part of the FY2020 Infrastructure Development Survey Project for Bilateral Credit Acquisition, etc. (International Contribution Quantification and JCM Feasibility Study (including CCUS), Human Resource Development Project Support Secretariat and CEFIA Domestic Secretariat Operations)" adopted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in Japan.
- May 10th to 13th, 2022
- With the support of JERA Americas in Houston, USA, we conducted a CO2 absorption test of our own water dispersion solvent at SPL's laboratory using natural gas supplied to the Houston Freeport. As a result, it was confirmed that 99% of the CO2 contained in natural gas was absorbed.
- October 2nd to 5th, 2023
- Following the CO2 absorption test conducted in 2020, with the support of JERA Americas in Houston, USA, we fabricated a reactor at SWRI's laboratory in San Antonio, using natural gas near San Antonio, and one-fifth the size of an actual reactor that emits 50 tons of CO2 per year, and conducted a CO2 absorption test using our own water dispersion solvent. As a result, it was confirmed that 99% of the CO2 contained in natural gas was absorbed.
- April 2nd, 2025
- We have begun designing and manufacturing a disappearance reactor with an annual CO2 emission capacity of 100 tons. This equipment is a non-stop process for CO2 absorption, solvent recycling, and CO2 fixation. As a first step, the equipment for CO2 absorption and solvent recycling will be operational in November 2025, with the aim of completing the non-stop process for CO2 fixation by March 2026, with operation starting from April.
