Green Recovery Tec “CO2 reduction and effective fund management”
Declaration of environmental destruction suppression, and technology to secure for it
It is a well-known fact that the suppression of global warming has become a trending phenomenon globally as the world structure collapses under the influence of the new coronavirus. For some reason, when the world economy begins to recede, the topic of environmental destruction suppression become on the front page of the news.
Judging from experience, we have said each other if the economy is on a recovery trend, the first thing to do is to raise the economy, and for that purpose, we can ignore for some of the environmental destruction. And It is ok just setting appropriate countermeasures only later.
I think it’s been already 20 years since it’s been recited out loud so. Given the ruts that humans have stepped on, even if we declare that we will overcome environmental destruction suppression this time, I think it looks like a house of cards because there are only a few real technologies to secure it.
“CO2 reduction and effective fund management”
Most of the substances that cause environmental damage are soot (sulfur oxides) and dust emitted from factories, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides emitted from automobiles, and as especially large-scale substances are CO2 which is emitted from coal-fired power generation. Among them, except for CO2, most of the substances are suppressed by the Air Pollution Control Act, but CO2 emissions are still steadily increasing.
To overcome this situation, the Japanese government seems to be planning measures to aim for zero CO2 emissions by 2050 and implement it. However, it is not a concrete technology, but it is just establishing a fund, first, that is why.
Indeed, funding is essential, but before that, there should be a technical audit to see if such a large number of subsidies to companies that had been given in the name of supporting technology development produced real beneficial technology or not. In that way, I think that the fund for the future will come to life for the first time.
In other words, I think it is crucial to identify the real technology for reducing CO2.
