Green Recovery Tec ”Technology that drives decarbonisation”
The U.S. carbon dioxide emissions
According to the ANNUAL ENERGY OUTLOOK 2021, the US energy-related carbon dioxide emissions: AEO2021 (reference case) are on a downward trend, but the actual figures show that they will keep increasing after 2035.
Technology that drives decarbonisation
The phenomenon seems based on that the ever-increasing demand for natural gas as the power mix for coal-fired power plants and nuclear power generation declines. From the first point, Natural gas is clean energy, but if demand increases, it is natural that even clean energy emits a large amount of CO2. Knowing the above, the process of refining methane in natural gas would require the proper technology to dispose or immobilise the separated carbon dioxide rather than release it into the atmosphere.
